Basic Details
Global Foxcom’s GL952SD S-Band Optical Link offers a high-performance system for satellite and wireless applications. The link uses a high dynamic range optical transmitter to convert incoming RF signals into optical signals, which are then reconverted back to RF by the optical receiver. Global Foxcom’s high dynamic range DFB laser delivers exceptional signal quality for demanding requirements, while direct modulation of the laser diode helps achieve low phase performance. The link also accommodates digital and analog satellite modulation schemes and is part of the Sat-Light Gold Series platform supporting L-Band, 70/140 MHz IF, Wideband, 10 MHz Reference, redundancy, M&C, SNMP, Ethernet, and serial data communication.
