Basic Details
The PL7240ET and PL7240ER are engineered for extended L-Band applications where high RF input power, wide dynamic range, and long-distance transmission are critical. Supporting both uplink and downlink operation, each module incorporates dedicated onboard processing to ensure consistent performance in demanding environments. The units are designed for integration into the Platinum sub-rack chassis, which features 12 active slots, a central control processor slot, and dual redundant power supplies. The chassis is fully fanless, maintaining reliable operation even under maximum load and full LNB powering.
What RF power levels are supported?
The RF input range supports -5 to -45 dBm total input power, while the output range supports -40 to -5 dBm for different RF system configurations.
What optical connector types are available?
Optical connector types include FC-APC or SC-APC, with an E2000 option available.
What optical wavelength options are available?
The system supports optical wavelength options of 1310nm and 1550nm.
How is the system managed and monitored?
The link can be monitored and controlled from the front-panel LCD or remotely through SNMP.
